What Data We Collect

Website Analytics

We may use anonymised analytics to understand how visitors use our site. No personally identifiable data is stored. If Google Analytics is added, it will be noted here and a cookie consent mechanism will be implemented.

Chatbot (Billy)

When you interact with the Billy chatbot on our site, your messages are processed by Claude AI (Anthropic). We store only a session identifier (not linked to your identity) to maintain conversation context during your visit. Chat sessions are not retained after your browser session ends unless you explicitly provide contact details.

Calendly Booking

When you book a call via Calendly, Calendly collects your name and email address. We receive this information to confirm and manage the appointment. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to their service.

Email / Lead Form

If you submit your email address to receive the AI guide, your email is collected solely to send the requested resource. We will not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.

Contact Emails

If you email us directly, your email address and the content of your message is stored in our email system (Google Workspace / similar) and used only to respond to your inquiry.

Third-Party Processors

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — Powers the Billy chatbot. Messages are processed per Anthropic's terms.
• Calendly — Appointment booking. Name and email collected for scheduling.
• Google Analytics — If enabled, anonymised usage data. Will be disclosed here if added.
• Google Workspace / Email — Contact email management.

Data Retention

• Chatbot sessions: session-only, not retained after browser close
• Booking data: retained as needed to manage the appointment relationship
• Email inquiries: retained for up to 2 years for business continuity
• Guide email submissions: retained until you request removal

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Object to processing
